Customer Challenge
Gurubai Poultry, a large poultry farm located in Tamil Nadu, wanted to reduce its bird mortality rate and increase overall egg production. Gurubai Poultry is a 10,000-bird operation that is a contract farm for Suguna Foods, one of India’s leading poultry conglomerates.
GGG’s approach
Requirements Gathering: GGG’s team analysed all farm processes. A smart technology solution that could monitor all critical parameters and ensure timely interventions was the only way to improve egg output, reduce bird mortality rates and increase monthly revenue.
